Battle of the Bulge

The Battle of the Bulge was a major German offensive campaign during World War II, fought December 16, 1944, to January 25, 1945. It was the last major German offensive of the war and resulted in an Allied victory. The battle fought in the densely forested Ardennes region of eastern Belgium and northern Luxembourg, and it was characterized by harsh winter weather and difficult terrain. Despite the challenges, the Allied forces were able to rep the German attack and ultimately secure victory in the war.
